To date, Cynthia Yap (most clients call her “Cynch”) has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

After graduating from the University of the Philippines in Los Banos (UPLB) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management (cum laude), she joined the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) as an Economic Development Analyst. After three (3) years, she pursued her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City.

Cynch then joined the marketing team of First Pacific Davies (Phils.), Inc. as a Commercial Property Negotiator focusing on office space sales and rentals within the Makati Central Business District.

In 1995, she joined C&P Homes, Inc. (now Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc.), a publicly listed company and one of the Philippines’ top real estate developers and became one of the Marketing Managers. At C&P Homes Inc., Cynch was assigned to the different divisions namely, Palmera Homes, Inc., Crown Asia, Brittany Development Corporation, and Masterpiece Properties, Inc. Specifically, she was exposed to the different aspects of brand management, marketing services, market research and marketing network management.

After five (5) fruitful years in C&P Homes, Inc. (now Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc.), Cynch decided to become an entrepreneur and formed CPY Real Estate Movers, a sole proprietorship, in Jan 2000. In February 2005, it became a corporation bearing the name, Cynthia Palad-Yap Real Estate Movers, Inc. (CPY REMI) or Real Estate Movers for short.

Cynch is also the owner of the website www.bgcconsultancy.com, a real estate consultancy company which concentrates on condominium sales and rentals in Bonifacio Global City (aka Fort Bonifacio).
